Parts Sales Executive — American Brands

Overview

Motronix is a specialist auto-parts trader supplying OEM and quality aftermarket components for American vehicles across the UAE. We serve workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers from our Abu Dhabi base. The Parts Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for trade and retail enquiries, building strong relationships and delivering accurate technical quotations.

Responsibilities

• —Handle inbound parts enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing accurate part numbers and pricing.
• —Build and maintain relationships with workshop accounts and fleet customers, following up on quotes and orders.
• —Work with the inventory team to confirm stock availability and lead times for non-stocked items.
• —Process sales orders accurately in the company system, coordinating with the shop for pick-and-pack.
• —Identify cross-selling opportunities (filters, fluids, ancillary parts) on existing orders.
• —Escalate technical queries to senior staff and follow up with customers on resolution.
• —Maintain up-to-date knowledge of American vehicle model ranges and common parts intervals.

Qualifications

• —Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive spare-parts sales or a related role.
• —Working knowledge of at least two American automotive brands (Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Jeep, or similar).
• —Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• —Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or ERP systems.
• —Valid UAE driving licence.
• —Residency in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills

• —Familiarity with OEM part-number lookup catalogues (e.g. ALLDATA, Mitchell1, or manufacturer portals).
• —Experience with dealership or independent parts wholesaler workflows.
• —Ability to read basic technical data sheets.
