The two Wrangler generations, JL from 2018 onward and JK across 2007–2018, share body-on-frame construction and Dana solid axles, but the similarity stops there: suspension and drivetrain hardware is generation-specific, and nothing from JK applies to JL. The WK2 Grand Cherokee (2011–2021) is a separate unibody platform with coil and air suspension options and its own brake specification. Cherokee KL (2014+) runs a transverse engine, independent suspension, and an entirely distinct fitment list. We stock Mopar parts for all three.

What we carry regularly at the counter: Wrangler JL stock includes brake pads and rotors (front and rear), control arm assemblies upper and lower, Dana 44 and Dana 35 axle seals, track bars, and sway bar links. Grand Cherokee WK2 stock covers brake sets for base and Overland rotor specs, front air suspension parts where the vehicle carries air, and transmission service filters. Pick up any Jeep service manual, for Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, or Cherokee, and every part number in it is a Mopar number. Mopar is the Stellantis factory OEM line; there is no parallel brand for Jeep original parts. We hold Mopar on the shelf and confirm fitment against the model-year VIN on request. Wrangler JK (2007–2018) and Wrangler JL (2018+) share a name and a body style but nothing underneath. Suspension and drivetrain hardware is completely generation-specific. JK non-Rubicon trims use a Dana 30 at the front; JL Rubicon steps up to Dana 44 at both axles. The track bar geometry, control arm bolt patterns, sway bar disconnect design, and differential housing covers all split between generations. A JK part ordered for a JL is a fitment error; the VIN is the guard against that. Always include the model year when you reach us.

Between WK2 (2011–2021) and WL (2022+), Grand Cherokee went through a complete architectural redesign. Nothing from the WK2's air suspension kit, caliper hardware, or transfer case assembly crosses to the WL. Cherokee KL (2014+) is its own closed fitment system. Trim level governs a great deal on any Jeep: Rubicon, Trailhawk, Overland, and Limited each affect front axle type, suspension setup, and brake caliper specification. GCC-spec JL Wranglers built for model years 2018–2020 came with the Pentastar 3.6L as standard. From 2021 onward, the turbocharged 2.0L inline-four appeared on GCC order books. Oil filter spec, spark plug type, and serpentine belt layout each differ between those two engines. A North American parts reference that lists both engines on the JL cannot indicate which one your vehicle has; the VIN decodes that directly from the Stellantis build record.

US-market JL references cover two axle configurations: Dana 30 for non-Rubicon builds and Dana 44 for Rubicon. JL vehicles in the UAE market fall predominantly into Sahara and Rubicon trims. On the Rubicon, Dana 44 runs front and rear; axle seal sizing, U-joint dimensions, and wheel bearings all differ from the Dana 30 specification. A parts catalogue that leaves the axle type unnamed can put a UAE Rubicon owner onto Dana 30 components by mistake. JK follows the same division: Rubicon takes Dana 44 at both ends; standard trims carry Dana 30 at the front and Dana 35 at the rear.

Grand Cherokee WK2 parts catalogues for the US market span four engine options: 3.6L Pentastar, 5.7L HEMI, 6.4L HEMI (SRT), and the supercharged 6.2L (Trackhawk). Year and model name are not enough to pin the right service items; oil filter type and spark plug grade alone differ across those engines. On Wrangler JK and JL, you will find the 17-digit VIN in three places: a plate low on the driver's-side windscreen, the door-jamb sticker inside the driver's door, and a riveted plate in the engine bay firewall. Grand Cherokee WK2, WL, and Cherokee KL follow the standard two-location layout: windscreen and door jamb. Whichever model you have, the door-jamb sticker gives the cleanest read and attaches easily to a WhatsApp message.

With the VIN in hand, we pull the Stellantis factory build record and decode engine, trim, and axle code from there. For the Wrangler that is the only method that reliably confirms the front axle type, Dana 30 or Dana 44 Rubicon, and pins the correct axle seal and wheel bearing generation. For the Grand Cherokee, it identifies suspension configuration, whether standard coil or Quadra-Lift air, and the engine fitted. We check against Mopar's data before anything comes off the shelf.

This table spans two Wrangler generations that share no parts. Air filter 68257791AB covers JK (2007–2018); 68257030AA covers JL (2018+). Brake rotors split by the same line: the JK front is 52060147AA; the JL front is 68273502AB. Crossing that generation boundary on a brake or service order is a recurring fitment error with Wrangler.

The part numbers above come from store.mopar.com, checked against the Mopar parts catalogue. This table is a fitment reference only, not a stock or price list. Before you reserve anything, check availability over WhatsApp with your 17-digit VIN.

One table entry has a build-date limit the year range alone does not capture. A/C compressor 55111374AF appears on the Mopar eStore across 2012–2018, but production date governs eligibility: units built before 03/10/2014 are excluded. Any 2012 or 2013 Wrangler, and early-production 2014 units, will need a different compressor reference. WhatsApp the VIN and build date and we confirm the right part before your trip to Musaffah.

Mopar genuine parts are backed by the manufacturer's warranty covering material and workmanship defects. Aftermarket parts we supply carry a warranty against manufacturing faults. To support a claim under either warranty, documented evidence is required: a workshop inspection report or a written account of how the failure presented.

On Jeep models, electrical items including transmission control units, body control modules, and 4WD transfer case solenoids cannot go back once they are fitted. Off-road use on a Wrangler adds another layer: damage arising from off-road conditions is an application matter, not a manufacturing defect claim.
