RAM 1500 · 2500 · 3500 · MOPAR HEAVY-DUTY STOCK ABU DHABI

RAM Truck Parts
in Abu Dhabi
& the UAE

Three different truck platforms carry the RAM badge: 1500 half-ton, 2500 three-quarter, 3500 one-ton. Brake hardware, suspension, and drivetrain parts do not cross between them. We stock Mopar for all three at Musaffah. WhatsApp your VIN and GVWR; we check the shelf before you make the trip.

TRUCK INVENTORY

RAM Trucks at Musaffah: What the Shelf Holds Across 1500, 2500 and 3500

These are working trucks. The shelf reflects that. For the RAM 1500 half-ton we carry: brake pads and rotors front and rear, coil spring and torsion bar suspension components, upper and lower front control arm assemblies, oil and air filters, and transmission service parts. On the 2500 and 3500 the brake line is heavier-rated and separate: larger front rotors, drum hardware with a higher payload rating at the rear, and transfer case service items as their own part family.

Engine service stock covers both petrol HEMI variants: 5.7-litre V8 and 6.4-litre V8 oil and air filters are on the shelf. Cummins 6.7-litre diesel filters and fuel system parts are handled differently: check what's available on WhatsApp before you come in; not everything in the Cummins line sits on permanent shelf. VIN and engine code will tell us what we have for your build right now.

Shelf orders for RAM 1500 routine parts placed before midday leave the same day within Abu Dhabi. Heavy-duty 2500 and 3500 items work differently: send the VIN via WhatsApp so we can check the specification and confirm what we're holding before you travel.

MOPAR & AFTERMARKET

Mopar for RAM Trucks: OEM Line and Aftermarket Options

For all RAM trucks, Mopar is the factory OEM source. On 2500 and 3500 applications, Mopar is where we start every build: brake hardware is GVWR-matched to the specific truck, transmission service kits follow factory service intervals, and transfer case components are axle-configuration specific. See /brands/mopar for the complete Stellantis brand coverage across Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, and RAM.

On the RAM 1500, documented aftermarket options exist for routine service. We stock tier-1 front brake sets alongside the Mopar line for the standard 1500 setup. Filter kits (air and oil) from established brands sit on the shelf as routine-service alternatives. For 2500 and 3500 brake and suspension needs, our recommendation is Mopar: payload ratings and heavy-duty specs are not consistently met across all aftermarket brands in the UAE.

FITMENT CHECK

RAM 1500 Classic vs DT Body and 2500 GVWR: VIN Resolves the Specification

Between 2019 and 2021, RAM built two distinct 1500 bodies simultaneously. The DS Classic (the carry-over design from the previous generation) and the DT (new for 2019) both wore the same badge, but the front suspension architecture changed between them: caliper assemblies, strut geometry, and almost everything at the front axle. Model year 2019 on its own doesn't identify the body. Send the 17-digit VIN and we tell you Classic or DT before quoting any brake or suspension part.

Above half-ton, the fitment picture changes. The 2500 front brake rotor runs at a substantially greater diameter than what the 1500 takes; they will not swap. A 3500 in dual-rear-wheel configuration uses its own rear brake specification on top of that. Spring rates, axle ratios, and tow-package hardware all shift by build as well. For any RAM heavier than the 1500, send VIN and GVWR on WhatsApp before you order brake or suspension parts.

GCC VS US SPEC

Why Does a US RAM Listing Quote Different Numbers From Your GCC Truck's Door Sticker?

GVWR is not fixed across a single RAM 1500 model year. A tow-package or payload-upgraded 1500 carries a higher GVWR than a base cab-and-engine build, and typically runs a different rear spring rate and axle ratio. US marketplace listings often give the GVWR, payload figure, and axle code for each specific truck: every North American RAM stamps its GVWR on the door-jamb label for that individual vehicle. A UAE buyer pulling a number from one of those listings may be quoting a differently-optioned US build, not what's on their driveway. Your door-jamb sticker is the correct GVWR source.

On 2500 and 3500 trucks, the GVWR range is wider and the impact on parts is more direct. Inside the 2500 nameplate, GVWR shifts with cab style, bed length, and axle setup across enough variation that a US listing's payload figure may not match the truck in your hands. Spring rates and brake hardware both vary within the 2500 class by weight rating. When we ask for GVWR alongside the VIN on a 2500 or 3500 query, we're cross-referencing those two data points to lock down the correct brake and suspension specification for your actual build.

North American-spec RAM trucks stamp the GVWR on the door-jamb certification label in both pounds and kilograms. We decode that number against your VIN in the Mopar factory build record to confirm axle configuration, payload package, and the right brake and suspension parts for your specific truck. Send us the VIN and the GVWR from your door-jamb label on WhatsApp; we confirm the build before we quote.

VIN LOCATION

How to Find Your VIN on a RAM Truck and What We Do With It

RAM trucks (whether 1500, 2500, or 3500) carry the 17-digit VIN in four locations: the windscreen base on the driver's side (readable from outside), the door-jamb sticker on the driver's side, the die-stamped frame rail plate on the driver's side, and on 2500 and 3500 models a firewall plate in the engine bay. The door-jamb sticker photographs most cleanly; send it on WhatsApp alongside your part request and GVWR.

Running a RAM VIN against the Mopar build record returns: body generation (DS Classic or DT, relevant on the 1500), rear suspension type (coil-spring or air-spring on the 1500), engine variant (Pentastar V6, HEMI V8, EcoDiesel, or Cummins diesel), GVWR, and axle setup. On the 2500 and 3500, it also confirms single-rear-wheel or dual-rear-wheel. We verify all of that before holding any brake, suspension, or drivetrain part. Every part supplied is new OEM Mopar.

FITMENT REFERENCE

Mopar Part Numbers: RAM 1500 Fitment Reference

At the brake and service part level, DS (2009–2018) and DT (2019-on) are different trucks. Kit 68334862AB (front brake pads) is confirmed for the DS platform covering 5.7L HEMI and 5.7L HEMI MDS VVT in Express, SLT, and Laramie trims. 68461656AC covers DT-platform RAM 1500 from 2019 on, all trims. These numbers are not interchangeable. Model year alone doesn't tell you which body: DS Classics were still being built in 2019 alongside the new DT.

All numbers here are sourced from store.mopar.com: treat them as fitment reference, not a live stock count or price guide. Air filter 68190705AB applies to DS-era RAM 1500 from 2014 into the early overlap with the DT generation; 68386779AA is the DT air cleaner element, 2019 on. Check your platform via WhatsApp with the VIN before ordering either filter or either pad kit.

Workshop note: 68334862AB shows up in some third-party cross-reference databases under Wrangler JK fitments. That cross-reference is not confirmed on store.mopar.com. In this table the number is valid for RAM 1500 DS only. Send the VIN and we check exactly what Musaffah holds for that platform.

DELIVERY & HOURS

RAM Parts: Counter Collection and UAE Dispatch

The shop is at Musaffah Industrial Area M-40, Abu Dhabi, open Monday to Saturday 08:30–19:30. Truck customers are welcome at the counter; WhatsApp your VIN and part in advance to confirm what is on the shelf.

RAM shelf orders confirmed before midday leave the same day within Abu Dhabi. Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates are on the next working day. On 2500 and 3500 items specifically, a WhatsApp check before you make the trip is worth the two minutes: heavy-duty specification errors cost more to fix than a half-ton service part. Lock in VIN and part first; then make the trip.

WARRANTY

RAM Parts Warranty: Defects, Electrical and Heavy-Duty Policy

Every genuine Mopar part we supply for a RAM truck is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. To make a claim, you need proof of the fault: a workshop report or a documented failure description.

On RAM trucks, ECU units, transmission control modules, sensors, and body control units are non-returnable once fitted. That's a firm line regardless of make. On 2500 and 3500 builds, getting the wrong spec past fitment is a payload-safety issue: send VIN and GVWR on WhatsApp before ordering any electrical or brake part. Confirm the specification before it goes on the truck.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you stock Mopar for RAM 2500 and 3500 heavy-duty trucks?
Yes. At Musaffah the 2500 and 3500 sit as their own stock category, separate from the 1500 line. What's on the shelf: brake rotor and pad sets (the 2500 front rotor is a larger diameter than what the half-ton uses), rear drum brake hardware for single and dually rear axle configurations, front coil spring and torsion bar suspension, and transfer case service parts. For 3500 dually builds, confirm the rear axle type on WhatsApp before you order.
What is the parts difference between RAM 1500 Classic and RAM 1500 DT?
Classic (DS) and DT are separate architectures at the front end: the suspension geometry changed, and the brake caliper assemblies don't cross between the two bodies. Very little at the front axle is shared. If your 1500 is 2019 or later, the body type isn't apparent from the model name. WhatsApp us the 17-digit VIN before you order any brake or suspension part; we confirm Classic or DT and give you the right numbers.
Can you check what RAM suspension and brake parts you have before I come in?
WhatsApp us the VIN and part number. We run the shelf check and confirm availability before you make the trip. On RAM 1500 in particular, the VIN resolves Classic or DT, which changes the parts. Nothing is held without an order confirmed.
How do I find my VIN on a RAM 1500, 2500, or 3500?
There are four VIN locations on a RAM truck: the windscreen base on the driver's side (readable from outside), the driver's door jamb sticker, the die-stamped frame rail plate on the driver's side, and on 2500 and 3500 a firewall plate in the engine bay. All four carry the same 17-digit number. The door-jamb sticker is easiest to photograph; WhatsApp it with your part request. We use it to verify platform, suspension type, engine, and GVWR before pulling anything from the shelf.
