RAM 1500 Parts
in Abu Dhabi
& the UAE

The RAM 1500 rear suspension question is the first thing we ask because the answer changes every part you order. Rather than a leaf spring, the 1500 uses either a coil-spring rear or an air-spring rear, and those two systems share no components. Mopar parts in both configurations sit on the Musaffah shelf: suspension, brakes, engine, and service stock for the DS (2009–2018) and DT (2019-on) alike. Send the VIN first so we read the build before quoting anything.

INVENTORY

What We Hold for the RAM 1500: Coil Rear, Air Suspension, Brakes, and Engine

On the RAM 1500 shelf at Musaffah, the coil-spring rear assembly gets its own dedicated section: independent coil springs, individual shock absorbers, and the rear track bar, each a separate part number with no shared fitment with any leaf-spring truck. Air-suspension builds get their own space too, with air-spring assemblies and compressor component kits. Front suspension for both DS and DT generations covers upper and lower control arms, ball joints, sway bar end links, and steering knuckles.

Rear brake geometry on the RAM 1500 is shaped by the coil-spring design. The caliper mounts at a different bracket orientation and the rotor hat depth differs from any leaf-spring rear axle truck. A brake kit sourced for a leaf-spring rear will not fit the 1500 coil rear. We stock brake pads and rotors in Mopar spec for all four corners across both generations. Confirm your variant before you order.

Three powertrains ran in the 1500: the 3.6L Pentastar V6, the 5.7L HEMI V8, and the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6. UAE highway trucks run a lot of EcoDiesel, so dedicated stock sits at Musaffah for it. For the 3.0L diesel specifically, we hold the fuel filter and water separator unit as a combined assembly, diesel-grade oil filters, and intercooler intake port seals. Each engine requires its own filter spec, plug type, and service schedule.

OEM & AFTERMARKET

Mopar OEM for the RAM 1500, and When Aftermarket Applies

Stellantis runs its factory service-parts operation under the Mopar name, covering RAM, Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler. At the assembly plant, every OE part gets a Mopar part number, and that same number follows the part to the shelf. For the RAM 1500 at Musaffah, this means coil-spring and air-suspension assemblies, brake hardware, and powertrain service parts across both the DS and DT generations come Mopar-sourced. For full brand detail, see the Mopar page.

Aftermarket options for the RAM 1500 are available when customers ask for them. The warranty terms are the same as Mopar: fault documentation required, workshop report or a written description accepted. One rule that does not change regardless of brand: electrical components on the 1500 are non-returnable after fitting. That covers ride-height sensors on air-suspension builds, powertrain control modules, and transmission control solenoids.

FITMENT CHECK

RAM 1500 VIN Check: What Changes Between the DS, DT, and the Classic

Front suspension geometry on the DS (2009–2018) and the DT (2019-on) are not interchangeable. Ram gave the DT a new front upper control arm design, revised the steering knuckle, and changed the sway bar layout at the same time. Brake caliper brackets also differ between the two generations. Sending DS front suspension parts to a DT truck means they will not mount.

Between 2019 and 2021, RAM sold two trucks under the 1500 name at the same time: the DT as the main model and the outgoing DS under the 1500 Classic badge. A 2020 RAM 1500 and a 2020 RAM 1500 Classic share the model year but draw on different part numbers for almost every structural component. Year alone does not settle the question. The VIN resolves the platform immediately, so if your registration says 1500 and the year is anywhere from 2019 to 2021, send the VIN before ordering suspension or brake parts.

The rear suspension variant is encoded in the VIN, not visible from the model year alone. A coil-spring truck and an air-suspension truck can carry the same chassis code; the rear suspension assemblies, shock absorbers, ride-height sensors, and compressor units behind them are entirely different. Powertrain is the same story: the 3.6 Pentastar, 5.7 HEMI, and 3.0 EcoDiesel each call for different filter kits, plug specs, and service intervals. Send the VIN and we read all of it from the factory build record.

DELIVERY & HOURS

Collecting or Receiving Your RAM 1500 Parts from Musaffah

Find us at Motronix Shop, Musaffah Industrial Area M-40, Abu Dhabi. We are open Monday to Saturday, 08:30–19:30. If you are collecting in person, WhatsApp your VIN and part number before you travel: we confirm availability at the counter so you are not coming in on an assumption.

Confirmed shelf stock before midday leaves Abu Dhabi the same day. Dubai gets next-working-day service, as do Sharjah, Ajman, and Emirates to the north. More remote addresses need a WhatsApp confirmation of lead time before ordering. Parts are not held without a confirmed order. Lock the VIN and part number first; then we set it aside.

WARRANTY

Warranty Coverage for RAM 1500 Parts: What to Know Before You Fit

The RAM 1500 Mopar parts we supply are covered against manufacturing defects. Aftermarket parts we source also carry warranty where the fault is properly documented, with a workshop report or a written failure description.

Once fitted, electrical parts cannot come back regardless of the 1500 variant. The non-returnable list covers ride-height sensors on air-suspension builds, powertrain control modules, transmission control solenoids, and diesel emission control components on EcoDiesel variants. If a specific electrical part's fitment against your 1500 build code is in question, send the part number and VIN on WhatsApp before anything goes on the truck. We pull the spec from factory build data and confirm it.

FITMENT REFERENCE

Mopar Part Numbers: RAM 1500 Fitment Reference

Two platforms, two front brake kits. The DS (2009–2018, and as the Classic through 2021) takes 68334862AB for the 5.7L HEMI. The DT (2019-on) takes 68461656AC across all trims. The Classic ran alongside the DT from 2019 to 2021, so model year alone does not tell you the platform. The VIN does.

Rear suspension adds another split. Coil-spring and air-suspension DT builds take different rear shock and spring assemblies; neither part crosses to the other configuration. EcoDiesel adds a third variable: the 3.0L V6 diesel takes a different oil filter, fuel filter, and service kit from both the HEMI and the Pentastar V6 petrol variants.

The Mopar eStore (store.mopar.com) is the source for all part numbers in the table. Treat them as a fitment reference, not as stock or pricing. Several items carry year ranges broad enough that a VIN check is the only way to be certain: the oil filter 5083285AA and spark plug SP149125AF are two examples. Send a 17-digit VIN on WhatsApp and we confirm the correct parts for your platform, engine, and suspension configuration from the Musaffah shelf.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are coil-spring and air-suspension rear assemblies for the RAM 1500 available in Abu Dhabi?
Both are on the shelf at Musaffah. Coil-spring rear assemblies and air-spring units for the RAM 1500 are stocked separately because they are completely different systems. Your VIN build code is what tells us which rear setup your truck runs. WhatsApp the VIN and we confirm the right part before you travel.
What is the difference between the DS and DT RAM 1500 for parts purposes?
Front suspension geometry is not shared between the DS (2009–2018) and DT (2019-on). The DT arrived with a new upper control arm profile, a revised steering knuckle, and a reworked sway bar layout; brake caliper brackets changed too. Chrysler kept selling the DS under the 1500 Classic name through 2021, so a model year between 2019 and 2021 tells you nothing on its own. The VIN pins the platform. Send it and we confirm the generation and the parts that fit.
Is there EcoDiesel service stock for the RAM 1500 at your Abu Dhabi shop?
Yes. The 3.0L EcoDiesel shelf at Musaffah covers the diesel service items specific to that engine: a fuel filter and water separator assembly in a single combined unit, diesel-grade oil filters, and intercooler intake port seals. None of these cross to the HEMI or Pentastar petrol variants. Send your VIN on WhatsApp and we pull the correct diesel service set.
