INVENTORY
The Cadillac Models We Stock Deepest and What That Looks Like Per Model
Our four deepest Cadillac lines at Musaffah run Escalade (2007–2024), CTS (2008–2019), XT5 (2016 onward) and XT6 (2020 onward). The Escalade sits on the same GMT platform as the Tahoe and Suburban; the platform depth we hold for those GM trucks carries straight across to the Cadillac-spec versions. Brake pads and rotors, front and rear suspension arms and bushings, engine and cabin air filters, oil filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, engine mounts, and power steering components are all in regular stock.
Of all the Cadillac models that come through here, the CTS (2014–2019 third-generation) is the most common for suspension and brake jobs. Front upper control arms, sway bar end links, and caliper hardware for that platform are regular shelf items. The XT5 and XT6 are increasingly common in Abu Dhabi, and we build out the brake and filtration lines for both as the car count grows. If your model year or trim isn't in here, WhatsApp the VIN and we'll cross-check.
H2 and H3 Hummer parts come through on a regular basis as well. Both sit on GM truck platforms and share service components with those trucks. Send the VIN and we'll tell you what we can put our hands on.
OEM BRANDS
How We Decide Between ACDelco and GM Genuine for Your Cadillac
Two General Motors OEM brands cover Cadillac parts, and we hold both at Musaffah. GM Genuine Parts is the factory line: one specification, no tiers, the same part the assembly plant fits. ACDelco is the service-parts arm and splits into three tiers: Original Equipment (OE), Gold (also called Professional), and Silver (Advantage). The brands are independent of each other.
Walk us through the application and we'll tell you which to use. For Escalade and CTS brake, filter, and suspension replacements, ACDelco Gold handles the job. If your vehicle is inside a manufacturer service contract, or a workshop requires documented OEM part numbers, that's where ACDelco OE or GM Genuine applies. XT5 and XT6 carry both lines on the shelf. Full tier breakdown is at /brands/acdelco for ACDelco and /brands/gm-genuine for GM Genuine.
Aftermarket parts exist for some Cadillac applications. We don't push them as a default for GM-platform brakes or suspension; if one fits your situation we'll tell you why. Budget constraints and vehicles near the end of their service life are worth a direct conversation. WhatsApp us and we'll work through it.
FITMENT CHECK
Platform Variations That Surface When We Decode a Cadillac VIN for the UAE
UAE dealership Cadillacs come through the door differently specced from US builds on a regular basis. Brake rotor sizing, suspension geometry, and cooling system calibration are the documented differences. The Escalade (2015–2020) carries subframe variations between the standard-wheelbase and the ESV long-wheelbase; on the CTS (2014–2019), engine accessory drive and oil cooling specs branch by production date inside the same model year. One VIN check resolves all of it.
The XT5 (2016–2021) is a documented case: UAE-market production occasionally uses different front brake caliper hardware from its North American equivalent, so a caliper number that fits the US build can arrive wrong for the local car. WhatsApp us the 17-digit VIN, or photograph the part you're pulling out with the GM or ACDelco number visible. We cross-reference against the shelf and confirm the fitment before you commit.
GCC VS US SPEC
GCC Production and US Production: Where Cadillac Cooling and Brake Numbers Diverge
GCC-market Cadillacs and US-market Cadillacs are calibrated differently at the factory for the cooling system. Abu Dhabi ambient temperatures hit 45-50°C in summer; an Escalade's climate system runs at a sustained load that the UAE build is set up for and the US build isn't. That difference is the reason why an A/C compressor, expansion valve, or cooling circuit part looked up in a US database can carry the correct platform code and still be the wrong specification for a GCC-built car.
On the Escalade, the standard-wheelbase and ESV long-wheelbase are a further split the VIN resolves. The XT5 (2016–2021) is the brake example we see most often: some UAE-market production runs use front caliper hardware that differs from the North American equivalent, meaning a caliper that fits the US car may not seat on the local one. Run a North American parts database without confirming via VIN first and you may get a configuration that doesn't match the car at the counter.
For any cooling, brake, or suspension enquiry on an Escalade, CTS, XT5, or XT6, the 17-digit VIN is the first thing we need. We cross-check it against the shelf and confirm the build-correct part before anything is set aside.
VIN LOCATION
Three Locations for Your Cadillac VIN and How We Use It to Confirm Parts
In UAE-market Cadillacs, the 17-digit VIN appears in up to three places. The most common two are the metal plate at the base of the driver's-side windscreen (readable from outside) and the sticker on the inside of the driver's door jamb. On an Escalade, there's also a stamped plate on the driver's-door edge. The door-jamb sticker photographs best; send it on WhatsApp with what you need and we run the fitment check from there.
We run the VIN against GM's factory build record to read the platform (K2XX or T1XX on Escalade), the engine, the trim, and the fitted options. On an Escalade that determines whether the rear suspension is coil-spring or air-spring, and whether you're on the standard or ESV wheelbase; both affect the part number. We confirm fitment from factory data before any part goes on hold. Our stock is new OEM ACDelco and GM Genuine, not used or salvage.
FITMENT REFERENCE
Escalade Fitment Reference: ACDelco Numbers We Verify Before Confirming
Each row in this table applies to an Escalade or Escalade ESV. The numbers come from the ACDelco service catalogue and parts.chevrolet.com and are a fitment reference only, not a stock or price list. Wheelbase, rear suspension type, and build date all affect which exact part applies; confirm availability against your 17-digit VIN on WhatsApp before anything gets reserved.
CTS, XT5, and XT6 numbers don't appear in this table yet. For those models, WhatsApp us the VIN and part description; we tell you what's on the shelf at Musaffah and what we need to source before you make a decision.
Air suspension components are one gap in this table. Escalade air struts, compressors, and height-control modules are a category we stock, but the part numbers weren't confirmed through the sourcing pass for this table. The gap is noted here openly. Send the VIN and the specific component on WhatsApp and we quote directly from the shelf.

WARRANTY
What the Warranty Covers on ACDelco and GM Genuine Parts We Sell
Parts we sell carry warranty against manufacturing defects: ACDelco, GM Genuine, and aftermarket alike. When a claim comes in, we need proof of the fault: a workshop report or a written failure description works. The terms are the same across all the brands we carry.
Electrical parts are a standing exception: sensors, control modules, and ignition components cannot be returned after fitting, regardless of brand. If you're not certain the part is right before it goes in, send us the number and the fault description on WhatsApp. We check the specification against your VIN and flag any current supersession before you commit.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you stock ACDelco and GM Genuine for the Cadillac Escalade?
- The Escalade is one of the platforms we hold deepest at Musaffah, stocked from the 2007 generation through 2021 and beyond. Brake pads and rotors, suspension components, engine filters, and service parts are in regular stock across multiple generations. One note: the 2021+ Escalade runs updated platform specs from the previous generation, so WhatsApp your VIN and build year for a precise match.
- What is the difference between ACDelco Gold and GM Genuine for my Cadillac CTS?
- Here's the practical split: GM Genuine Parts is what the assembly line fits, one tier with no variants. ACDelco Gold, also called Professional, is the service-replacement line and meets OEM-equivalent specs for most CTS jobs. If your CTS is inside a service contract that requires documented OE part numbers, GM Genuine is the line you need. For regular service work, ACDelco Gold does the job well. Send the VIN on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which applies.
- Can you check if a Cadillac XT5 part is on the shelf before I travel?
- WhatsApp the VIN and the part number or a description of what you need; we check the shelf and confirm before you commit. If the part isn't there, we say so. Don't make the trip without confirming the part is sitting here.
- How do I find my VIN on a Cadillac Escalade?
- Look for it in three spots: the metal plate at the base of the driver's-side windscreen (readable from outside), the sticker inside the driver's door jamb, and a stamped plate on the driver's-door edge itself. Same 17-digit number in all three places. The door-jamb sticker photographs cleanest; send it on WhatsApp with the part you're after. We read from it whether your Escalade is K2XX or T1XX, standard or ESV wheelbase, coil spring or air suspension, before any part confirmation.
