Send the VIN. We check the Musaffah shelf against T1 and K2 platform catalogues before we confirm anything. ACDelco and GM Genuine brake, suspension, and engine parts are here for both 1500 and 2500HD. Denali and AT4 fitment is a VIN check, not an assumption.
INVENTORY
What We Hold for the GMC Sierra: 1500, 2500HD, and the Generations That Matter
GMC Sierra 1500 and Sierra 2500HD are both stocked. T1-platform 1500 trucks from 2019 and the K2/K2XX generation from 2014–2018 are the main UAE-market frames; the 2500HD on T1 starts at the 2020 model year. At the counter we regularly hold brake pads and rotors front and rear, oil filters, air and cabin filters, spark plugs and ignition coils, control arms and ball joints, stabilizer bushings, engine mounts, and power steering parts.
2500HD with the Duramax 6.6L diesel opens a second parts set. The L5P engine uses glow plugs, diesel fuel filters, EGR components, and turbocharger inlet parts that live on a separate shelf from the gas-side hardware. If you have the L8T 6.6L gasoline 2500HD, that engine runs its own ignition and fuel system parts. Two things to include when you WhatsApp: engine variant, and cab configuration (regular, double, or crew cab), since both affect body and bed part numbers.
The brake calipers and suspension arms under a Sierra Denali or AT4 are the same platform hardware as SLE and SLT grades. The trims diverge where Denali specifies its own caliper or rotor size, and where AT4 adds the factory lift with dedicated skid-plate mounts. For those exceptions, run the VIN first. Trim level together with the VIN gives the clearest shelf picture.
GENERATION DECODER
Four Generations of Sierra: Why the Platform Code Is Only the Starting Point
The platform code is a chassis reference, not a full parts guide. Sierra and Silverado run matching platform codes across all four generations, but at Denali trim the front fascia assembly, hood, fenders, and interior panels carry GMC-specific part numbers sourced from the Sierra catalogue. Denali is a trim designation on Sierra, not a standalone model. The generation count here starts at 1999 because that is the second Sierra generation. GMC counts the 1988–1998 GMT400 trucks as the first; the Silverado nameplate did not exist before 1999, which is why the two pages number the same GMT800 platform differently.
Used imports into the UAE cover all four platforms, and each sits on a different parts landscape. GMT800 (1999–2006): Gen III Vortec V8 with port injection, no Active Fuel Management hardware anywhere in the generation. GMT900 (2007–2013): Gen IV small-block arrived, and 5.3L trucks received AFM hardware including the VLOM oil pressure solenoid and AFM-specific lifter sets, none of which exist in GMT800. K2XX (2014–2018): hydraulic power steering disappeared on the 1500 and an electric-assist unit replaced it; no pump, no reservoir, no lines. T1XX (2019-on): a 2.7L TurboMax four-cylinder (L3B) joined the V8 lineup. That engine shares no parts with any prior Sierra generation.
Put the 17-digit VIN in the WhatsApp thread. We read the 10th character for the model year, the 8th for the engine, and pull the right catalogue before you travel. One 2007-year note: Sierra sold simultaneously in GMT800 Classic body and GMT900 New Body Style that year. Both carry the 2007 model year designation but they take different part numbers. Tell us which body style you have.
| Generation | Years | Platform code | What changes for parts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Second generation | 1999–2006 | GMT800 | Gen III Vortec V8, port injection, no AFM hardware: engine parts do not share with GMT900 Gen IV AFM catalogue |
| Third generation | 2007–2013 | GMT900 | 5.3L AFM trucks add oil pressure solenoid (VLOM) and AFM lifter set; absent on GMT800 and K2XX |
| Fourth generation | 2014–2018 | K2XX | Electric power-assist steering on 1500: no hydraulic pump, no steering fluid; EcoTec3 direct injection throughout |
| Fifth generation | 2019–present | T1XX | Optional 2.7L TurboMax (L3B) and 3.0L diesel (LM2) introduced: separate parts families with no carryover to V8 lines |
OEM & AFTERMARKET
How the ACDelco Tiers Work on a Sierra
Three ACDelco tiers, one Sierra application. Original Equipment (OE) is the factory part number unchanged. Gold/Professional meets the same specification using an OEM-equivalent build; it covers most brake, filter, and suspension work on Sierra. Silver/Advantage is the economy tier for high-mileage trucks where full OE spec is more than the job requires. GM Genuine Parts sits outside those tiers as the single factory-validated OE line. On the Sierra 2500HD with the Duramax engine, diesel filtration and glow plug tolerances are tighter than on the gas side. We hold both ACDelco OE and Gold tiers for those applications.
Aftermarket parts are available for Sierra when the application calls for it or the customer asks by name. Warranty terms match the OEM lines: any claim needs a documented fault, and electrical parts cannot come back once they are fitted. If you are working through a repair and are not sure which line suits the Sierra and the job, send the part number and VIN on WhatsApp and we will call it.
FITMENT CHECK
Reading a Sierra VIN: T1 vs K2 Platform and Trim-Level Splits
The 2019 redesign moved Sierra 1500 to the T1 platform. Front suspension geometry did not carry across: control arms upper and lower, the wheel spindle, and the strut tower mounting points are all T1-specific. The front caliper bracket changed too, so brake hardware from the K2 generation (2014–2018) is not a fit on T1 trucks. 2500HD followed a different schedule: K2XX covered the 2500HD through 2019, and the T1 generation arrived with the 2020 model year on the HD side.
Sierra and Silverado run the same platform but the exterior and upper trim hardware is not interchangeable. Front fascia panels, grille surrounds, and Denali-specific interior components belong to the GMC parts catalogue. AT4's factory lift and underbody protection are flagged separately and need their own confirmation. One more variable in the UAE: Sierras have come in both US-spec and Gulf-spec builds, and brake rotor diameters and ABS harness routing have not been consistent between the two. A 17-digit VIN settles all of this before you order.
DELIVERY & HOURS
Getting Sierra Parts from the Counter to You
Motronix Shop is at Musaffah Industrial Area M-40, Abu Dhabi. The counter is open Monday to Saturday 08:30–19:30. You can walk in, but send the VIN and part number on WhatsApp first so we can confirm it is on the shelf before you travel.
Confirm the part before midday and a shelf-stock order ships the same day within Abu Dhabi. Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates go next working day. Sierra 2500HD Duramax orders sometimes need a stock check on diesel-specific components before dispatch, so WhatsApp the VIN and part number first. Parts are not held against unconfirmed orders.
WARRANTY
Warranty on Sierra Parts: What Applies and What Does Not
Manufacturing defects on ACDelco and GM Genuine Parts are covered by warranty across all Sierra applications. We also warrant aftermarket parts supplied for Sierra when the fault is properly documented. For any claim, bring a workshop report or a written description of the fault; that is the minimum required to open one.
Engine control modules, ABS control units, fuel injectors, and crankshaft and camshaft sensors are non-returnable after fitting. It does not matter whether they are ACDelco or aftermarket: the rule is the same. If there is any doubt before the part goes in, send us the part number and the fault code on WhatsApp. We run the specification against your Sierra VIN and engine code and let you know.
FITMENT REFERENCE
Sierra Fitment Reference: ACDelco Part Numbers by Platform
When the Silverado catalogue entry applies, there is no separate Sierra part number. The audit confirmed this directly: a Sierra Denali and a Silverado to the same spec take the same oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, brake pads, and rotors. If a quote changes the number for the GMC badge without a configuration difference, ask which catalogue row it is drawn from.
The PF63B row names Silverado, Suburban, and Tahoe explicitly but does not call out Sierra, which is why 'confirm via VIN' appears on that line in the table. Brake pad numbers 14D1367ACH, 17D1367ACHF1, and 14D1707CHF1 are confirmed for K2XX Sierra 1500 (2014–2018); T1XX caliper hardware was not checked in this audit. Source: ACDelco catalogue at parts.chevrolet.com. Use this as a fitment reference, not a stock list. WhatsApp the 17-digit VIN and we confirm what is physically on the shelf before you order.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are GMC Sierra 1500 and 2500HD parts stocked separately?
- They are two different platforms and carry separate part numbers for brakes, suspension, and engine work. The 2500HD front caliper assemblies are heavier and rotor diameters are larger than on the 1500. A 2500HD with the Duramax diesel needs the engine family specified too. Send the VIN on WhatsApp and we pull the right shelf stock.
- Does the Sierra Denali have different parts from the SLE or SLT trim?
- Platform brake calipers, rotors, and suspension arms are shared across all trims on the same generation and cab size. Where Denali diverges: front fascia, grille surround, upper interior trim panels, and certain sensor housings are Denali-specific. Optional Magnetic Ride Control adds its own shock absorber part numbers. Your VIN encodes the trim and installed options in the last eight digits. Send it and we pull the correct part.
- What parts differ between a Sierra and a Silverado?
- Most powertrain, drivetrain, and underbody hardware is shared between Sierra and Silverado on the same generation and spec. Front sheet metal is where they part ways: hood, fenders, bumper fascia, and grille surround are model-specific. Upper interior trim panels in SLT and Denali grades and trim-specific electrical housings also differ. A Silverado part number can often cross to a Sierra but needs the VIN confirmed. WhatsApp both the number and your Sierra VIN and we run the check.
